Good morning everyone! Ok, maybe I’m not really that chipper, but I can pretend, right? Well, its getting to be well into the morning here, as I can hear the church bells starting to strike 10 all over the city (Chile is, after all, a predominantly catholic country). Last night, after settling in, the Santiago SP crew had our first power-meeting to go over schedule, logistics and travel plans. All is looking good, if a bit rushed. The introductory podcast and video will hopefully get underway this evening, and we’ll fulfill our first multimedia promise.

Hi everyone, Drake here. This begins the part of the blog entries narrated by yours truly. I promise to do my darndest to keep it interesting, informative and fun to be a part of. You Already Changed the World.

May 31st, 2008 · 2 Comments

Hello and welcome to Sustainable Peoples- the international media project dedicated to finding ways for you to change your world by living more sustainably. The way we at SP differ from so many other “green” groups out there is simple- we believe a lot of the answers are already out there, waiting for someone to seek them out, listen to their lesson and translate that into real, understandable options for achieving a more fulfilling and sustainable life. We’ll get into specifics later, but for now, we’d like to introduce you to our founder, principal, and the voice of Sustainable Peoples, E Drake Martinet. You can learn more about him and the rest of the SP crew by clicking on the “Team” link on this page, but, really, the best way to get to know him, is hear from him yourself.
